How did you come to know about "harBest"?

About two years ago, we learned about it through internal information sharing, and we needed to annotate images around that time. When we were trying to decide where to ask for help, harBest was the first thing that came to mind.

Are there any parts of our services you would like to see improved?

I would like to know how much more we can ask of the crowd workers registered with harBest (laughs). The natural language processing tasks we are requested for is already great because we are receiving highly accurate data.

The majority of our crowd workers are Japanese, so their native proficiency with the language really speed up the work and maintained the quality.
